Please read the information below carefully before booking. When you buy and confirm your ticket, you are accepting the following terms and conditions:

This is a pre-sold ticket event only. You can only enter the event with a pre-purchased ticket. Please arrive in time to enter the site within your 10 minute time slot. Please keep to your booking slot. When entering the site please present the barcode on your printed ticket or on your phone. Once admitted, you can stay for as long as you like to properly immerse yourself in all the spookiness and pumpkin fun on offer. If you turn up without a ticket, we can check availability, but it is not always possible to allow entry.

Entry

Tickets are non-refundable however you can amend your booking anytime up to 24 hours before your entry time by creating an account during the checkout process. For more information on setting up your account and how to change your booking please visit our FAQs page.

Refunds

Changes can be made to your booking ONLY if you created an account during the checkout process. If you have an account and would like to change the date or time of your booking please click here.

Step 1 Log in to your account

Step 2 Select your booking in the ORDER HISTORY

Step 3 Select CHANGE YOUR DATE OR SESSION

Step 4 Choose your new date or session and select SUBMIT

Please Note: Unfortunately if you do not have an account you will not be able to amend your tickets.

Changes to Your Booking

Contactless card payments and cash are acceptable

Payments

Portable toilets will be on site to be used. Please use hand santiser prior and post use of the toilets.

Loos

Please be aware that the ground is uneven in places so please wear suitable footwear and take care. We take no responsibility for any accidental loss or damage to personal effects, or any injuries or accidents to visitors, arising from or in connection with our Pumpkin Patch event or the equipment in the field of fun.

Injuries, Accidents or Losses

Dogs

Strictly NO DOGS unless they are assistance dogs.

Smoking

Strictly NO SMOKING anywhere on site
