TICKETS & ENTRY
TICKETS £5 - £7 PER PERSON
CHILDREN UNDER 2 YEARS FREE ENTRY
This is a pre-sold ticket event only. Your pre-sold ticket will have an entry time so please arrive at your allotted time. However, you can stay for as long as you like to properly immerse yourself in all the spookiness and pumpkin fun on offer. If you turn up without a ticket, we can check availability, but it is not always possible to allow entry. When entering the site please present the barcode on your printed ticket or on your phone.
Tickets are non-refundable however you can amend your booking anytime up to 1 hour before your entry time by creating an account during the checkout process. For more information on setting up your account and how to change your booking please visit our FAQs page.

PARKING
Free parking on-site. Look out for parking staff for directions. Please be mindful that this is a children’s event so please drive slowly when entering and leaving the site.
We would be grateful if you can keep the area litter free. There is currently no spell or wand available to help us magically clear litter away!
FOOD & DRINK
We have a wide and varied selection of caterers with options for all dietary requirements. Choose from a range of hot and cold meals and snacks for when you’re feeling a bit peckish as well as plenty of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, delicious cakes and ice creams. We, along with the catering teams, accept both card and cash payments.
WHAT TO WEAR
As this is a working farm we recommend checking the weather forecast before you plan your day. Sturdy shoes, walking boots, trainers if it’s dry, waterproof boots/wellies if it’s wet.
There are some undercover areas but this is very much an outdoor event so dressing for the weather and sometimes muddy areas is essential.
PUMPKINS
We advise you pick your pumpkins at the beginning of your visit to make the most of the day. There are some wheelbarrows available to transport them to your car but at busy times these may not be readily available so you may wish to bring your own trolley or bags to carry your pumpkins. Our brilliant team of Wheelbarrow Warriors will be on hand so please do ask them for help.
WEATHER
Check the weather before you come. We open in all weathers unless it is deemed too dangerous due to high winds. If we decided to close due to adverse weather we will post on our website and also on social media so please follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
Unfortunately, we can’t cast a good weather spell every day.
FURRY FRIENDS
Sadly no dogs are allowed on site unless they are guide or assistance dogs.
LOOS & BABY
CHANGE
There are plenty of loos, disabled loos and baby changing facilities available on site.
