To make the most of the day we advise you to pick your pumpkins at the beginning of the day. There are lots of wheelbarrows available to transport them to your car but at busy times these may not be readily available so you may wish to bring your own trolley or bags to carry your pumpkins. Our ready available team of Wheelbarrow Warriors will be on hand to help.
-
All the usual Pumpkin Patch activities and attractions you know and love are still on during our Pumpkin Smash Event. The only difference is that instead of picking your pumpkins, you'll be SMASHING them!
-
There is plenty of free parking. Look out for parking staff if you need direction. Be mindful this is a children’s event so please drive slowly.
Vehicles and belongings are left at the owners’ risk. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles.
There is disabled parking in the front row of the car park.

As this is a working farm, we recommend checking the weather forecast before you come. We suggest good walking shoes if it’s dry and wellies if it is wet. Whilst there are some undercover areas, this is an outdoor event so dressing for the weather is essential. We wish we could cast a magic weather spell but sadly our powers of enchantment don’t extend to the weather.
-
Only registered guide and assisted dogs can be allowed on site.
-
Your ticket will have a timed entry slot and once you are here, you can stay all day and immerse yourself in everything pumpkin! Some visitors stay for a few hours, others stay longer. There is no time limit. We close at 5.30pm once it starts getting dark and the witching hour approaches.
-

-
Yes, you can bring your own picnic and there are seating areas around the site.
We also would love you to support our local caterers who offer delicious hot and cold meals and drinks, snacks both sweet and savoury. We cater for most dietary requirements.
-
When the main event is over, we invite you to join our SMASH event. For one day only, you’ll have the chance to SMASH, SPIKE, SLING, and CHUCK leftover pumpkins in the most epic way possible!
But it’s more than just fun—it’s sustainability in action! By breaking down pumpkins, we’re enriching the soil, boosting biodiversity, and supporting regenerative farming. Your participation helps keep our land thriving for future harvests!

Please remember that we are a working farm. Please place your litter in the bins provided and help keep our farm a safe and healthy environment for our livestock and local wildlife.

Our event is very open, safe and care-free. Children tend to go off and run wild! Please ensure you have discussed a meeting point within your family prior to your visit if for some reason you become separated from your child. This allows less panic for all involved.
A good place to suggest to meet if your child becomes lost is the ticket entrance or the first aid tent where there are lots of staff around to look after your child.
If you still cannot locate your child please come up to the ticket entrance and notify a member of staff immediately.
-
Wheelchair users are very welcome however we are a working farm so it can get a little muddy. Wheelchair users do come and they generally manage but please be aware that it may be more difficult in inclement weather.

We are really sorry but we are unable to offer refunds if you are no longer able to visit.
We are open in all weathers unless in extreme adverse windy weather and we feel it would be a danger to the public to remain open (namely high winds rather than excessive rain). In this instance, we would send out an email, notify on social media and our website of our decision to close and we will provide full refunds. If we did decide to close, this decision would be made 24hrs before your booking.
However you can amend your booking anytime up to 24 hrs before your entry time if you created an account during your original booking process.. Simply log in to MY ACCOUNT here.
