  • We are really sorry but we are unable to offer refunds if you are no longer able to visit.

We are open in all weathers unless we’ve been instructed by our insurers to close because it would be a danger to the public to remain open (namely high winds rather than excessive rain). In this instance we will provide full refunds.

  • Our Pumpkin Event will be open in all weather but please check our website, Instagram account or Facebook Page on the morning of the event just in case there has been an extreme storm which has meant, for safety reasons, we cannot open in which case we will offer a full refund.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds if the event is open.

  • As this is a working farm, we recommend checking the weather forecast before you come. We suggest sturdy shoes/walking boots/old trainers if it’s dry and wellies if it’s been rainy. Whilst there are some undercover areas, this is an outdoor event so dressing for the weather (and mud) is essential. We wish we could cast a magic weather spell but sadly our powers of enchantment don’t extend to the weather.

  • Only registered guide and assisted dogs can be allowed on site.

  • Your ticket will have a timed entry slot and once you are here, you can stay all day and immerse yourself in everything pumpkin! Some visitors stay for a few hours, others stay longer. There is no time limit. We close at 5.30pm once it starts getting dark and the witching hour approaches.

  • We have a wide and varied selection of caterers offering both hot and cold meals and snacks for when you’re feeling a bit peckish as well as plenty of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and delicious cakes. If the weather is good, they’ll even be ice creams on offer.

  • Yes, you can bring your own picnic and there are picnic areas around the site.

We also would love you to support our delicious range of caterers offering hot and cold meals and drinks, snacks both sweet and savoury. We cater for most dietary requirements.

  • There are plenty of loos, disabled loos and baby changing facilities available on site.

  • Our first aid team is sited by the ticket entrance of the event.

  • There are wheelbarrows but at busy times these may not be readily available so you may wish to bring your own trolley or bags to carry your pumpkins back to the car. Wheelbarrow Warriors are also available to help you so please do ask them for help!

  • Both cash and card are accepted throughout the site.

  • Our event feels very open, safe and care-free. Children tend to go off and run wild! Please ensure you have discussed a meeting point within your family prior to your visit if for some reason you become separated from your child. This allows less panic for all involved.

A good place to suggest is the ticket entrance or the first aid tent where there are lots of staff around to look after your child.

If you still cannot locate your child please come up to the ticket entrance and notify a member of staff immediately.

  • Wheelchair users are very welcome however we are a working farm so it can get a little muddy. We do use straw and wood chip to soak up mud and water but there aren’t any concrete paths. Wheelchair users do come and they generally manage but please be aware that it may be more difficult in inclement weather.

  • The Pumpkin Patch is a NO SMOKING site.
